If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund if the item(s) has been returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. The item needs to be in original condition. To return your item(s) please email hello@gotitlearning.co.uk . To process the refund, please state your name, address, order number and reason for the return. Got it learning does not provide free returns. After you have received our confirmation email with a return address, you can return your purchase. 

We will process your full refund, within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) . The refund will be made via the same method as the original purchase(s). A refund email confirmation will be sent once the item(s) has been refunded.
